  configure should copy cocoa.m_off to cocoa.m on OS X

BOOTSTRAP R PACKAGE

Download DynCall C library zip package and unpack in rdc/src as "dyncall" folder.
For your convienience ... do

   cd rdc ; sh bootstrap


Then build

   cd ..
   R CMD INSTALL rdc
