bigger pydc update: - cleanups and refactoring - python 2 fixes in var conversions (especially w/ respect to int vs long) - fix to pydc.free() which didn't work at all - fix to return python bool as actual bool - test lib covering all conversions (manual verification, though :-/)

- helper utility "cocoa.m" for OS X - should be built on OS X
  currently renamed to cocoa.m_off
  configure should copy cocoa.m_off to cocoa.m on OS X

BOOTSTRAP R PACKAGE

Download DynCall C library zip package and unpack in rdc/src as "dyncall" folder.
For your convienience ... do

   cd rdc ; sh bootstrap


Then build

   cd ..
   R CMD INSTALL rdc
